Paolo Romele

Paolo Romele has a strong background in electrical and electronics engineering, with experience in research and development roles at various companies and institutions. Currently, Paolo is the VP of Science at Abselion, leading the team in the development of biosensing technology. Prior to this, Paolo worked as a Biosensor Scientist at STMicroelectronics and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Brescia, where Paolo focused on designing and testing biosensing circuits and devices. Paolo also has experience as a Visiting PhD Student at Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research and as an R&D Engineer at STMicroelectronics. Paolo holds a PhD, Master's, and Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Università degli Studi di Brescia.
