Jennifer Downey, MBA, PMP, CSPO, CLMS, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and client relations, currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at AbsenceSoft. Since December 2020, Jennifer has led teams responsible for onboarding B2B SaaS clients and optimizing systems, while ensuring adherence to operational metrics. Prior roles at AbsenceSoft include Project Manager III and Project Manager II, focusing on client onboarding and best practices implementation.
