Jensine Fraser

Jensine Fraser is an experienced professional in the fields of professional services, delivery management, and international education. Currently, as Director of Professional Services at AbsenceSoft since June 2022, Jensine leads a team to enhance service delivery. Prior to this role, Jensine served as Director of Delivery at Majesco and as Engagement Manager at ClaimVantage, where responsibilities included driving client engagement and managing service delivery for software solutions. Jensine’s extensive tenure at CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange spanned over 13 years, during which various management roles were held, including Senior Manager and Enrollment Manager, focusing on team performance, recruitment strategy, and operational excellence. Jensine began a career in customer service and health coaching, demonstrating a strong foundation in training, client engagement, and sales. Jensine holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of Southern Maine.
