Kyle Buck

Kyle Buck is an experienced project manager and SAAS implementation manager with a diverse background in client onboarding and relationship management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at AbsenceSoft since July 2022 and an SAAS Implementation Manager at Personify since August 2021, Kyle's responsibilities include onboarding clients, training them in software implementation, and providing live troubleshooting during the onboarding process. Prior roles include SAAS Onboarding Specialist at MemberClicks and Project Manager at Regency Lighting, where Kyle oversaw projects, maintained stakeholder relationships, and ensured client satisfaction. Earlier experience at REI involved training team members in LEAN management and customer relations. Kyle holds a Bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Georgia State University.
