Nijat Israyilov

Nijat Israyilov has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the hospitality industry. Nijat started their career in 2012 as a Reservation Agent and Revenue Support at Jumeirah Group, where they processed reservations and prepared revenue reports. Nijat later worked as a Concierge and Guest Relations Executive at the same company.

In 2014, Nijat joined the Baku 2015 European Games Operation Committee as an Accommodation Specialist, responsible for coordinating accommodation arrangements. Nijat then worked at the Baku Grand Prix as a Visa Specialist and Travel and Accommodation Supervisor.

Nijat joined the Baku Chess Olympiad Operating Committee in 2016 as a Cluster Accommodation Manager, ensuring compliance with regulations and supervising volunteers. Nijat also served as the Operations Manager for the Baku 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games.

In 2017, Nijat joined ABSHERON Hotel Group as a Cluster Sales Executive for MICE & Leisure. Nijat later worked at Pullman Hotels & Resorts as a Sales Manager before becoming the Associate Director of Sales, where they achieved revenue growth and developed sales strategies.

Nijat also served as the Cluster Director of Sales at RESANT Hotels & Restaurants before returning to Absheron Hotel Group as the Assistant Director of Sales. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales, overseeing sales strategies and operations for the group's hotels.
