Tom Post

Vice President at ABSI Aerospace & Defense

Tom Post has over 25 years of work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Tom started their career in the USMC in 1994, serving as a Capt. Tom later worked as a Test Pilot for the Naval Rotary Aircraft Test Squadron in 1998 and was responsible for planning and executing flight test projects. Moving forward, they played several roles, including Deputy Program Manager and Assistant Program Manager (Systems Engineering) in NAVAIR from 2001 to 2003. Tom then worked for the USMC as Major in the Marine Aircraft Group 39 from 2003 to 2006 and subsequently as H-1 Program Deputy PM (Production) from 2007 to 2008. Tom also served as Chief Test Pilot, HX-21, U.S. Marine Corps, from 2008 to 2010. After that, they moved to NAVAIR and served as the Commanding Officer of HX-21 from 2010 to 2011. Tom also worked for AVIAN engineering as a Senior Analyst from 2012 to 2017, providing engineering and management consulting services to government agencies and companies. In their most recent role as Vice President at Actualized Business Solutions, Inc., they have been serving since 2017.

Tom Post received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1985 to 1989. Tom also earned a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University between 2008 and 2010.
