Arkadiusz Gasperczyk is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management, particularly in outsourcing and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Wipro, Arkadiusz leads HR strategies for M&A processes and engages with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions. Previous roles include Senior HR Manager in the Global Workforce Transitions & M&A team, Location Head for Poland, and HR Director for Central and Eastern Europe. Arkadiusz has also been active in the HR community as Vice President of ABSL and a guest lecturer at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Gdańsku. With a strong educational background, including studies at Stanford University and a Master’s degree from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Arkadiusz is recognized for contributions to developing HR practices and enhancing organizational growth.
