Jolanta Jaworska

Jolanta Jaworska has an extensive career in government and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Government & Regulatory Affairs Director for IBM in Poland, the Baltics, and Ukraine since June 2001. In addition, Jolanta holds various influential roles, including Member of the Digital Council for the Ministry of Digitisation Poland, Board Member and President of the Digital Technology Employers Union at Konfederacja Lewiatan, and Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland. Jolanta also serves as Vice President and Board Member for ABSL Poland and previously chaired the University Board at the University of Economics in Katowice. Earlier in Jolanta's career, positions included HR Director at Siemens and Manager of IFS Base at Delta Air Lines. Jolanta holds a Master's degree in Economics from SGH Poland and has also attended Henley Business School.
