In addition, Magdalena is a co-leader of the ABSL Bydgoszcz Chapter and an HR Talent Ambassador, enhancing regional networking and educational partnerships. As a lecturer at Wyższa Szkoła Gospodarki w Bydgoszczy since September 2020, Magdalena teaches management studies, emphasizing HR strategy and international management. With extensive experience at Atos, holding multiple senior HR roles, Magdalena has contributed significantly to HR practices aligned with business goals and participated in strategic meetings. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Human Resources Management and a Master's degree in the same field from Nicolaus Copernicus University.
