Dave Drzewiecki

Dave Drzewiecki has extensive work experience in the dental industry, holding various leadership roles in different organizations. Dave is currently serving as the Director on the Board of Directors at Great Expressions Dental Centers, starting in December 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Principal Investor and Investment Committee Advisor at Dental Innovation Alliance (DIA) since October 2022.

From 2016 to the present, Drzewiecki was the Chief Executive Officer of Absolute Dental, and previously served as the Chief Operating Officer from February 2016 to November 2017. Before Absolute Dental, they held key positions at DentalOne Partners Inc., including SVP & Chief Administration Officer from December 2012 to February 2016, and VP & Chief Information Officer from May 2007 to December 2012.

Drzewiecki's early career included roles such as Director of Software Development at Agilysys Inc. from September 1995 to April 2007, and VP of Product Marketing & Information Technology at Aprisa Inc. from June 2002 to April 2003.

Prior to these positions, they founded and operated their own consulting firm, Drzewiecki Consulting, from September 1995 to June 2002. Dave also worked as a Consultant at Compuware Corporation for an unspecified period between 1998 and 2001.

In addition to their dental industry experience, Drzewiecki has also served as the Education Chair of the Northeast Ohio Board at the Society for Information Management from September 2011 to September 2013.

Dave Drzewiecki completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Kent State University from 1992 to 1995. Dave later pursued their Master's degree in Business from Kent State University - Graduate School of Management from 1997 to 1999.
