Natalia Peña

Natalia Peña has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Natalia started their career as a General Office Assistant at Heald College in 2010. Natalia then transitioned to the role of Administrative Assistant at Flex in 2013, where they later became a Sales Support Specialist. At Flex, they hosted daily tours, managed pipeline data, and provided support to the sales team. In 2018, they joined Lumentum as an Administrative Assistant, supporting the VP of Supply Chain and Operations. Natalia also worked as a Site Coordinator, managing audits and projects at two manufacturing facilities. Most recently, Natalia worked at Absolute EMS Inc. as a Program Manager, where they maintained customer accounts, monitored deliverables, and managed assembly build status updates. Natalia also served as a Solutions Provider, assisting with program management, quotations, quality certifications, and audit preparations.

Natalia Peña has a diverse education history. Natalia obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Southern New Hampshire University from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Colorado State University Global, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. In 2014, they also completed certifications in communication courses at Mission College. Additionally, they hold an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration, which they received from Heald College between 2010 and 2013.
