Absolute Padel is a UK padel coaching academy and community changing how the sport is taught.

Founded by Head of Coaching Ant Hardman, we believe coaching should reflect how the game is actually played - not isolated drills, not textbook technique, not one-size-fits-all sessions that treat every player the same.

Our coaching methodology is built on five core pillars: game understanding, padel-specific functions, transferable skills, level-layered technique, and prehab & rehab. Every session, every drill, every piece of content sits on these five.
The Absolute Padel Academy is available now through Skool - offering structured weekly coaching, an expanding content library, and a growing community of players across the UK who are all getting better together.

If you're picking up a racket for the first time or you've been playing for years and hit a plateau, the academy is designed to meet you where you are and help you actually improve.

We're building something different. Academy first. Community built.

Play more. Play better.
