Chad Lemke has a significant amount of experience in the operations and collections industry. Chad is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Absolute Resolutions Corporation. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Recovery Officer at the same company.

Before joining Absolute Resolutions Corporation, Chad was the Vice President of Operations at Meduit | Driving Revenue Cycle Performance. Chad'sresponsibilities included overseeing operations in St. Cloud, MN and Gaithersburg, MD, as well as executing the restructuring and carve-out of Alltran's operations in Minnesota and Maryland for sale to Meduit.

Chad also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Alltran, where they were responsible for the operations of Alltran Financial, Alltran Health, and Alltran Health Services. Chad played a vital role in managing these premier accounts receivable management companies, particularly in the fields of Financial Services and Healthcare.

Prior to Alltran, Chad worked at Array Services Group as the Chief Operating Officer, where they oversaw three businesses: JC Christensen & Associates, ProSource, and CareCall. These companies provided professional services in debt collection, accounts receivables management, medical billing, and call management for various industries, with a focus on the Financial Services and Healthcare sectors.

Chad started their career at AllianceOne as a Collection Manager and worked their way up to the role of Operations Manager. Chad demonstrated strong leadership skills and was responsible for call-center operations, collection strategies, and staff development.

Before AllianceOne, Chad worked at Triad as a Collector and later became a Collection Manager.
