Matthew is a 40-year veteran of the alarm industry. During his career he has served as: an installer, salesman, licensed alarm company owner, monitoring station designer, promotions and marketing director with one of the world’s top producing security dealers, and as a consumer advocate teaching consumers how to buy alarm systems properly. As a direct result of training consumers, he is often called upon to consult alarm dealerships across the country on how to market to the educated consumer.

Matthew is the author of How to Buy an Alarm System a book that sells worldwide, and he also runs consumer and dealer training programs. He has written and published hundreds of articles on the subject of electronic security systems and what consumers need to know about them.
