Paul Hanna

Paul Hanna is a seasoned professional in the software implementation and onboarding sectors, currently serving as a Senior Onboarding Specialist at Absolute Software since March 2019, where responsibilities have included onboarding and client services. Prior to this role, Paul operated as a Freelance Implementation Consultant, delivering implementation reviews and project management support to an array of clients, including start-ups and non-profits, from February 2018 to March 2019. Previous experience includes roles as an Implementation Specialist at NuPark, where custom parking management SaaS solutions were implemented for major universities and municipalities, and at MedaPoint, focusing on cloud-based EMS SaaS solutions for emergency medical service teams. Paul also has experience from Digital Cheetah Solutions, Inc., implementing volunteer and member management solutions for national non-profits.
