Aditi Nehra

Aditi Nehra has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Aditi is currently the Head of Human Resources at Absolute® since November 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of Talent Partnering at Airbnb from September 2020 to November 2022. Before Airbnb, they worked as the HRBP Head at RIVIGO from November 2018 to August 2020. Aditi also served as the General Manager - Human Resources at Intertek from November 2016 to November 2018. Aditi has extensive experience in the telecom industry, having held the position of Associate Director - HR at Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd from July 2011 to November 2016. Aditi also worked as the Head of Human Resources and OD at Heidrick & Struggles -KMC from March 2008 to June 2011. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager - Human Resources at RocSearch Ltd from May 2005 to February 2008. Aditi started their career as a Manager HR at Spectranet - a division of Punj Lloyd from 2000 to 2003. Aditi also had a role as a Senior Manager - HR at Tecnotree Corporation from 2003 to 2005.

Aditi Nehra completed the INSEAD Leadership Program for Senior Executives in General Management & Leadership at INSEAD from 2015 to 2016.
