Avijit Mohapatra

Avijit Mohapatra has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Avijit is currently working as the People & Talent Director at AbsoluteLabs. Previously, they held multiple roles at Accolite Digital, including Director - HR and Sr. Manager - HR. At Virtusa, they served as an HR Manager and Associate Manager - HR, where they managed a large business unit and collaborated with leadership to implement HR strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Consultant at HR Anexi Pvt. Ltd. and as a Management Trainee at LARK. Overall, Avijit has a diverse background in HR management across various companies and positions.

Avijit Mohapatra completed their Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management (EDHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Utkal University in 2021. In 2007, they acquired an MBA degree specializing in Human Resource from Sinhgad Institute Of Management.
