Ian Madden

Ian is a people leader of 14 years, having trained and developed teams at senior level in hotels and hospitality for over a decade, before moving into technology in 2021. Qualified in Hotel Management and and Human Resource Management, Ian has a drive for training and enablement; providing streamlined processes and deliverables across multiple functions. Most recently experience in SaaS, Ian applies his personal approach in leading teams and empowering them to develop in areas of integrations, sales acumen and product knowledge.
