Karina Rudnytsky

Karina Rudnytsky is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience serving in various capacities across multiple organizations. Currently, Karina holds the position of Vice President of Legal at Absorb Software since November 2022. Prior to this role, Karina served as General Counsel at Sectigo, where responsibilities included advising finance, HR, and marketing teams on diverse legal issues, and implementing compliance processes. Previous positions also include Legal Counsel at iCIMS, where Karina managed global contracts and compliance risks, and a tenure at Nasdaq negotiating technology product contracts. With a foundational background in both legal practice and business strategy, including earlier roles at Accenture, Ally, and BROWN-THE LAW FIRM, Karina has shown strong capability in managing legal affairs, risk mitigation, and corporate compliance throughout a diverse career. Karina holds a J.D. in International Business from Delaware Law School and a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University.
