Kirsty Harris

Kirsty Harris has had a diverse range of work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Kirsty is currently employed at Absorb Software as the Principal Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Absorb Software. Before joining Absorb Software, they worked at Pythian as the Global Talent Acquisition Partner - Sales & Marketing Lead. Kirsty also had a role as an Executive Search Consultant at the Government of Alberta. Kirsty has experience in senior executive search programs and contributing to strategies in talent management and leadership development. Kirsty previously worked at Curtiss-Wright Corporation, Altis Recruitment, The Job Shoppe, and Pernod Ricard, gaining experience in talent acquisition, placement, and human resources.

Kirsty Harris holds a degree in Law and German from Cardiff University. Kirsty also obtained a Certificate in German Law from Passau University. In addition, they have a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from St. Clair College.
