Prior to this, Rachana worked at Lehigh Valley Technologies as Product Development Manager and at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. as a Formulation Chemist. Rachana holds a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Mumbai.
