Ailton Cardozo

Ailton Cardozo is the Founder and CEO of ZENTEK, leading efforts to enhance client-brand connections with innovative technology and intelligent insurance solutions since June 2021. Ailton also serves as a Startup Mentor for both the Associação Brasileira de Startups and Sebrae for Startups, sharing expertise on Minimum Viable Product development and strategic business modeling. Previously, Ailton was an Agile Coach and Digital Strategist at Qintess, contributing to advanced business tools, and co-founded Faiston, providing tailored IT services. Ailton's experience includes significant roles at NAVA and Capgemini, where responsibilities spanned account management, business development, product management, and IT service management. Educational credentials include a Digital Platform Master from MIT Sloan and Bachelor's and technological degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from Brazilian institutions.
