Guilherme Lehmen

Guilherme Lehmen currently serves as a Senior Innovation Analyst at UNICRED, focusing on developing innovation culture, digital transformation, and corporate challenge resolution. Additionally, Guilherme acts as a Startup Mentor at both the Associação Brasileira de Startups and Tecnopuc, where guidance is provided on fundraising, negotiation modeling, hypothesis validation, pitch training, and growth strategies. As a member of the Angel Investor Club, Guilherme participates in fostering entrepreneurship through collaboration within a network of angel investors. Previously, Guilherme contributed to Tecnopuc as an Innovation and Development Analyst and Assistant, managing startup development programs and leading investment initiatives. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in User Experience, Design & Beyond, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
