Matheus Santoro

Matheus Santoro (Zen) is a co-founder and managing partner at Hyper 8 / Hacker 8, actively involved in various innovative projects since 2021. Santoro serves as an angel investor and advisor at multiple companies, including TRACTIAN, TerraMagna, STARK BANK, Mecanizou, Start Carreiras, Brendi, Abstra, Zarv, and Zazos, focusing on technology-driven solutions across diverse sectors such as agriculture, finance, automotive services, and human resources. Educationally, Santoro holds a major in Aerospace Engineering and minors in Innovation and Physical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA, along with an executive program in Private Equity and Venture Capital from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, and completion of Y Combinator's Startup School programs in Startup Investing and Entrepreneurship.
