Eve Acton-Deere is an accomplished engineering and quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the digital and tech industries. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at abstraction since June 2025 and as Director & Founder of Eva Action Consultancy Ltd. since August 2024, Eve previously held significant roles including Head of Test Engineering at spriteCloud, Head of QA at Lab Digital, and Global Director of QA at Media.Monks. With a strong background in QA strategy, operational management, and team leadership, Eve has successfully led diverse teams and implemented quality processes across various projects. A graduate of the University of Derby and Solihull College, Eve's expertise encompasses both functional and compliance testing in agile environments, contributing to high-quality digital experiences and delivering innovative solutions.
