Lyndsey Gallant

Lyndsey Gallant is the current Chief Creative Officer and Art Director at absurd:joy. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as Art Director at Sonderlust Studios from November 2017 to January 2020. During their time at Sonderlust, they helped raise $3 million in funding for the studio's debut original IP title and facilitated the creation of a decentralized virtual office space. Lyndsey has also given talks at several international industry conferences, including Reboot Develop Red & The Full Indie Summit.

Lyndsey has also worked as a sessional lecturer at Sheridan College and as a freelance concept artist and art director. In 2016, they served as Creative Director at Guru Studio. Prior to that, they volunteered as an instructor at Ladies Learning Code.

Lyndsey Gallant's educational career includes a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Technical Illustration from Sheridan College.

They are on a team with Eva Hoerth - Community Manager, Scott Stephan - VP of Product, and Andy Moore - CTO. Lyndsey Gallant reports to Alex Schwartz, Founder & CEO.
