Charles Herrick

Charles Herrick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental policy and management. Since February 2015, Herrick has served as Vice President at Abt Associates, following the acquisition and merger with Stratus Consulting, which now operates as Abt Environmental Research. Herrick is also an Adjunct Faculty Member at New York University, teaching "History of American Environmental Policy." Prior to joining Abt Associates, Herrick held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Stratus Consulting, where leadership of the administrative and economics and policy groups was prominent. Other significant roles include Vice President at Princeton Economic Research Incorporated and Division Director at DynCorp International, along with experience in environmental policy at the Executive Office of the President and NOAA. Herrick holds a PhD in Public Policy from American University and advanced degrees in Philosophy and Political Theory from the University of Colorado Boulder, as well as a BA in Political Science and Government from Fort Lewis College.
