Yaqoob al Balooshi

Yaqoob Al Balooshi is a seasoned airport operations leader currently serving as the Senior Manager of the Airport Operations Control Centre at Abu Dhabi Airports since November 2010. With a focus on real-time coordination and execution of airside and terminal activities at Zayed International Airport, Yaqoob demonstrates expertise in stakeholder engagement, crisis management, and operational oversight, prioritizing safety and efficiency. Prior experience includes roles such as Airside Operations Duty Manager, ANS Runway Inspector, and Health and Safety Officer at Dubai Airports from 2007 to 2010, as well as operational roles in ground handling for VIP and private jets. Yaqoob holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Quality and Strategy Management from the Higher Colleges of Technology, achieved from 2012 to 2017.
