Morad Kassem

Morad Kassem is currently the Head of Digital Banking & Alternative Delivery Channels at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank - Egypt since September 2020. Prior to this role, Morad held various positions at Emirates NBD from January 2013 to September 2020, including Head of Digitization & Innovation and Service Manager. Before joining Emirates NBD, Morad worked at BNP Paribas as a Call Center Service Manager and Customer Care & Complaint Unit Team Leader. Morad's career also includes roles at Credit Agricole Egypt, ECCO Outsourcing, Vodafone Egypt, and Ameco Tech Corporation. Morad obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science & Arts, majoring in Computer Science & Information System, from New Cairo Academy in 2006. Additionally, Morad holds a General Secondary Certification from Modern English Schools, achieving a score of 90%.
