Bharath Shivappa

Bharath Shivappa has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bharath is currently serving as the Executive Vice President Business Development at Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Asia Sector Head - Markets at ADGM from January to July 2022. From 2019 to 2022, Bharath worked as the Chief Strategy & Development Officer at J. Sagar Associates. Bharath also served as the Director and Head of Business Development and Marketing at Deloitte India from 2008 to 2019. Before that, they worked as the Senior India Representative and Project Director at MIDAS Manchester's Inward Investment Agency from 2015 to 2017. Bharath has also worked at Vodafone Global Enterprise as a National Account Manager from 2003 to 2008, at BPL Mobile as a Major Account Manager from 2003 to 2005, and at Usha Informatics as a Territory Manager from 2003 to 2003.

Bharath Shivappa completed the Senior Management Program (SMP) at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Prior to that, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a specialization in Marketing from SCMS Group of Institutions. Bharath also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management (BBA) from SDM College of Business Management Post Graduate Centre for Management Studies and Research.
