Wicki Andersen

Wicki Andersen has worked in various legal and managerial roles throughout their career. Wicki started at Baker Botts LLP in 2006 as a Legal Consultant, handling corporate, transactional, regulatory, and commercial matters. Wicki also worked as a Seconded Legal Manager at PepsiCo in 2014. In 2021, Wicki joined Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) as a Senior Legal Counsel, where they were responsible for ADGM's commercial legislation and developing new legislative frameworks. Wicki later became the Head of Legal - Commercial at ADGM in 2023. Prior to their legal career, Wicki worked in the equestrian industry as an Assistant in the educational department at the Danish Equistrian Federation, a VIP Manager at the Danish National Equistrian Centre, and a Horse riding instructor at Aarhus Equistrian Club.

Wicki Andersen earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from the University of London from 2011 to 2013. Later, in 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) with a focus on Oil and Gas Law at Robert Gordon University. Additionally, they obtained a New York Bar Association diploma from the New York State Bar Association in 2015. Prior to that, they completed an MSc in Business Law & Business Administration, specializing in commercial and international law, at Aarhus University from 2005 to 2007. Wicki also earned a BA in Business Law & Business Administration, specifically in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law, from the same university from 2002 to 2005. Wicki'seducation began with a HHX degree in Business Administration and Management from Ringkoebing Handelsskole in 1999, which they obtained before starting their undergraduate studies.
