Donna Maimin

Donna Maimin is the Head of Global Tax in the Real Estate and Infrastructure Department at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), a position held since January 2016. Prior to this role, Donna served as Principal Tax, U.S. SWF Inbound Lead at KPMG US from October 2012 to December 2015 and worked as Associate Partner Tax focusing on U.S. cross-border transactions for real estate, private equity, and sovereign wealth fund (SWF) investors from 2009 to May 2012. Additional experience includes roles as Managing Director Tax at KPMG, UAE director from August 2009 to May 2011, and Senior Director Tax at Tishman Speyer from 2001 to 2009. Donna holds an LLM in Tax from New York University School of Law, a JD in Law from Brooklyn Law School, and a BS in Accounting and Business from the University at Albany.
