Howard Henson is a seasoned professional in quantitative research and technology leadership, currently serving as the Quantitative Research & Development Lead at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority since June 2022. Previously, Howard held significant roles in top financial institutions, including Director at Citi, where responsibility encompassed global electronic trading technology for commodities, and Vice President positions at Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan Chase, focusing on equity strategies and electronic market-making software, respectively. With earlier experience as Executive Director at Goldman Sachs and as a Principal Consultant at Valtech Ltd, Howard has demonstrated a strong proficiency in software development and strategic implementation within the financial sector.
