Joanna Livingstone

Joanna Livingstone is an experienced Programme and IT Project Manager at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), serving since March 2015, where responsibilities have included roles as Operations Technology & Information Services Domain QA Lead and Software Test Lead. Prior to ADIA, Joanna held various positions at Telstra Global, including Senior Consultant - Business Analyst and Business Analyst, along with earlier roles at Telstra International and Telstra Europe, culminating as Customer Implementation Manager. Joanna began a career at British Telecom as a Customer Service Leader. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City St George’s, University of London, a University Certificate in Integrated Business Processes with SAP ERP from the University of Duisburg-Essen, and a Master of Science in Economics from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin.
