Simon Moorhouse

Simon Moorhouse is a seasoned professional in project and development management with extensive experience across various high-profile projects. Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) since January 2017, Simon has previously held the role of Project Director at Mace from September 2008 to December 2016, overseeing major developments such as the Reem Mall in Abu Dhabi and the Hong Kong Science & Technology Park Phase 3. Earlier career milestones include serving as Senior Project Manager at Hsin Chong Engineering and Project Manager at Taylor Woodrow Construction. Simon holds a First-Class MEng degree in Civil Engineering and Spanish from The University of Manchester, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
