Dr. Adnan Faour

Dr. Adnan Faour has a wealth of experience in the banking industry, starting in 1993 as an Internal Audit Manager at HSBC. Dr. Adnan then progressed to roles of increasing responsibility at HSBC, including Vice President Operations and Chief Operating Officer, where they managed large teams and oversaw various aspects of operations, IT, administration, and vendor management. Dr. Faour also worked at Qatar Islamic Bank as Assistant General Manager, Operations, where they were responsible for managing multiple departments and ensuring service excellence. Prior to that, they had experience as a consultant, driving growth and transformation in highly competitive markets. Most recently, Dr. Faour served as the Chief Operating Officer at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank.

Dr. Adnan Faour has an extensive education history. Dr. Adnan obtained a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, graduating between 2018 and 2022.
