Mazen al- Sharif

Mazen Al-Sharif currently serves as Vice President and Chief Country Officer at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank since November 2018, overseeing operations in Sudan. Previously, Mazen held the position of Assistant Vice President and Head of International Wholesale Banking, managing business in Iraq, Sudan, the UK, and Qatar. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Team Leader in Corporate Banking at Bank of Jordan and as Manager in Commercial Banking at CIBC. Mazen began the career as a Senior Risk Analyst at GE Commercial Finance. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University and a degree from Al Ahliyya Amman University.
