Phil Clarke

Phil Clarke is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a strong background in strategic sourcing and vendor management. From April 2016 to September 2020, Phil served as the Head of Vendor Management and Centralized Procurement at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, focusing on procurement transformation and operational excellence. Following this role, Phil became the Director of Strategic Sourcing & Partnerships at Injazat from October 2020 to October 2023. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from February 2014 to April 2016 and serving as a Senior Category Manager with a focus on IT & Telecoms at Musanada from November 2008 to January 2014. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The Open University and a MCIPS in Purchasing and Supply from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply.
