Rehan Ul Badar

Rehan Ul Badar has over 20 years of work experience. Rehan Ul began their career as a Network Support Engineer at e-Access (private) Ltd in 1997. Rehan Ul then worked as a Systems Engineer at Techaccess Pakistan before becoming the Manager of Network Operations at Hinet Pak (Pvt) Ltd. Rehan joined United Arab Emirates University in 2002 as a Computer Specialist and later joined Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) as a Systems Administrator in 2005.

From 2006 to 2012, Rehan held various roles at National Bank of Abu Dhabi, including Group Leader of IT Security Operations, Manager of IT Security Infrastructure, and Manager of IT Security Architecture. In these positions, they implemented and managed critical security infrastructure, developed and implemented security practices, and provided security guidance.

Since 2016, Rehan has been working at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank as the Head of IT Compliance & Security Architecture. Rehan Ul is responsible for planning, strategizing, and managing the IT Compliance & Security Architecture unit. Rehan Ul also acquires, designs, and builds information security solutions and provides risk guidance for business and IT projects.
