Ahmed Sakr

Ahmed Sakr has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ahmed currently holds the position of HR Business Partner Lead at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt since October 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the same company from June 2022 to October 2023. Before joining Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Ahmed worked at Bank Audi as a Senior OD & HR Business Partner from December 2019 to May 2022. Ahmed'sresponsibilities included job grading, job evaluation, implementing OD programs, and overseeing the recruitment process. Ahmed also served as a Talent Manager at Abudawood Group from December 2014 to December 2019 and as a Recruitment & OD Specialist at Misr Italia from May 2013 to December 2014.

Ahmed Sakr completed their high school education at El Rowad College High School from 2002 to 2008, earning a High School Degree. Ahmed then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from 2009 to 2013 at New Cairo Academy. Ahmed furthered their education by obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from The American University in Cairo, which they completed in 2016. Currently, Ahmed is enrolled in Liverpool John Moores University, working towards a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management, which they are expected to complete in 2025.
