Fady Ghattas

Fady Ghattas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies.

From 2007 to 2008, they worked as an Accountant at United Support for Steel.

In 2009, they joined MGRI as a Financial Analysis and Researcher, primarily focusing on feasibility studies.

From 2010 to 2011, they served as an Administrative Coordinator at IBS - International Business Services. Fady then took on the role of Payroll Accountant from 2011 to 2013, where they were responsible for payroll processing and maintaining payroll records. From 2014 to 2019, they advanced to the position of Senior Payroll Accountant Executive at the same company, overseeing end-to-end payroll processes and contributing to system improvements.

In 2019, Fady joined Al-Futtaim as the Executive Head of the HR Department. In this role, they oversaw various HR activities, including employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and development. Fady also managed payroll preparation and revision.

Since 2019, Fady has been working at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt. Fady initially served as a Human Resources Officer, managing payroll workload and coordinating activities of payroll staff. Fady then took on the role of Staff Payment Manager, where they supervised and coordinated payroll activities to meet operational requirements. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources Operations.

Fady Ghattas received a Bachelor's degree in finance and investment from Sadat Academy in the years 2005 to 2009.
