Mohamed Aly is the current CEO and Managing Director at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt. Prior to this, they served as Country Head & CEO - Egypt at Mashreq Bank from March 2013 to November 2017. Mohamed has also held positions as Head of Corporate & Investment Banking at Credit Agricole CIB from July 2008 to March 2013, Asst. Country Manager - Egypt. Head of Corporate & Private Banking at National Bank of Abu Dhabi from March 2005 to September 2007, and Director Corporate Banking - Head of Private Banking - Head of Retail Banking at American Express - American Express Bank from January 1993 to December 2005. Mohamed Aly began their career in banking in 1990 as Deputy Manager - Corporate Banking at Export Development Bank of Egypt and later worked as Administrative Asst. Corporate Banking at Chase National Bank of Egypt / Commercial International Bank of Egypt from January 1986 to November 1989.
