Alaa Alfraihat

Alaa AlFraihat is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Business Solutions at the Abu Dhabi Pension Fund since February 2020, where responsibilities include setting and executing business technology strategies and overseeing various technology sections to drive innovation and alignment with organizational objectives. Prior to this role, AlFraihat held multiple positions at the Community Development Authority from 2010 to 2020, including Applications Manager and Unit Head of Smart Systems Development, contributing to IT strategy and project management. Earlier professional experience includes software engineering at SCOPE Middle East and a network operations internship at Batelco. AlFraihat holds an M.B.A. from The British University in Dubai and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Al-Balqa Applied University.
