Alberto Alcaraz Moreno

Alberto Alcaraz Moreno is an experienced professional with a strong background in software development and entrepreneurship. As Methodology Manager at AD Ports Group since July 2018, Alberto has successfully led Agile and Scrum implementations to enhance software development processes. Prior to this role, Alberto co-founded TribeScale, serving as CEO from September 2015 to July 2018, where significant funding was secured from top European investors. Alberto also co-founded Testabit, acting as CTO from June 2013 to January 2016, focusing on developing cost-effective Minimum Viable Products for entrepreneurs. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Chapter President and Communications Chair for the Entrepreneurs' Organization between July 2012 and June 2015, and founding a software consultancy that achieved $1M in revenue within three years.
