Crizaldo Lalap

Crizaldo Lalap is an experienced safety and environmental health specialist currently serving as the Corporate Authority HSE Specialist at AD Ports Group since October 2023. Previously, Crizaldo held the position of Project Health Safety Environment Manager at NBHH, overseeing the 50KM Zayed Link Road Dualization Project from December 2021 to September 2023. Crizaldo has also worked as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Gulf Precast Concrete Company L.L.C, where responsibilities included managing an EHSS team and implementing safety management systems. Before that, Crizaldo gained extensive experience at ALEC in various roles related to construction risk and safety. Crizaldo began a career in engineering at Procter & Gamble, specializing in mechanical engineering across several production lines. Crizaldo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colegio de San Juan de Letran, completed in 1995.
