Khalifa Alhammadi

Khalifa Alhammadi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and performance management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Development & Performance Management at AD Ports Group since September 2019. Previously, Khalifa held various roles at AD Ports, including Performance Management & Engagement Specialist and Manager of Performance Management, after starting as a Performance Management Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as a Performance Management Senior Officer at the Abu Dhabi Agriculture Food Safety Authority and positions in HR and administration at AADC and the National Media Council, respectively. Khalifa's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the American University in the Emirates, a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the Higher Colleges of Technology, and a Higher Diploma in Computer Networking from the same institution.
