Othman Alkhouri

Othman Alkhouri is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in economic affairs and operations management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Economic Affairs at Abu Dhabi Ports since April 2020, Othman has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer for ZonesCorp from January 2012, overseeing customer requirements in Abu Dhabi City and Al Ain. Previously, during tenure at Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council from November 2008 to January 2012, Othman was responsible for HR, IT, Finance, and General Services, leading strategic planning and budget management. Earlier roles include Admin & Finance Manager at the National Rehabilitation Center and Deputy Director at the Cultural Foundation. Othman's education includes an MBA from the American University of Emirates and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from California State University-San Bernardino.
