Shams al Shamsi

Shams Al Shamsi is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in human resources, training and development, and IT project management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Culture and Employee Wellbeing at AD Ports Group, Shams oversees corporate induction programs, suggests learning initiatives, and manages career development programs. Previous roles within AD Ports Group included Human Resources Business Partner and IT Project Specialist, highlighting expertise in automating training processes and establishing long-term IT strategies.
