Sinan Hilal

Sinan Hilal is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in finance and auditing. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange since November 2013, Sinan oversees all finance functions, prepares detailed financial reports, manages audits, and ensures compliance with international financial reporting standards. Prior to this role, Sinan worked at Ernst & Young from May 2007 to October 2013 as an External Auditor, where responsibilities included planning and executing assurance engagements, preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS, and fostering client relationships. Sinan began a career in finance at KACPA as an Associate, handling data entry, budget analysis, financial statement preparation, and tax reporting. Sinan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Haigazian University, obtained in 2007.
