Dr. Mahmoud Ali

Dr. Mahmoud Ali is an accomplished executive in project management, currently serving as the Executive Director of EPMO at Abunayyan Holding since February 2023, overseeing the Group PMO across 14 business units in various sectors in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. Prior experience includes roles such as Contracts Director for Facilities Management at Saudi Binladin Group, Senior Commercial Manager at Safari Group, and Contracts and Claims Manager at Al ARRAB CONTRACTING COMPANY. With a strong foundation in construction management and civil engineering, Dr. Ali holds a PhD in Project Management from Cairo University and an MBA from The Manchester Metropolitan University, along with a Master's in Construction Management from Helwan University and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Mansoura University. Dr. Ali has consistently improved project delivery, contract negotiation, and financial performance throughout a diverse career spanning multiple significant construction projects.
